The International Franchise Association, IFA, held the 55th annual convention for more than 3,800 attendees in Las Vegas Feb 15-18.
To kick it off, more than 100 IFA members volunteered at the Veteran’s Village of Las Vegas. This organization provides temporary and permanent housing for US Veterans and got a bunch of projects knocked off the housekeeping to-do list including painting, landscaping, collating and building projects.
Sharon Dietrich, Director of Sales at Franchise Solutions joined in the day of volunteering by washing windows and collating packets for veterans.
This day marked the first of many in a year-long series to promote teamwork, community leadership and the ways franchises can give back to local communities.
