The Zoo Health Club, a staple of Ft. Lauderdale for almost 30 years and franchising nationwide, is introducing a smaller prototype personal training studio. Based on the success of the Zoo which are medium size fitness centers open 24 hours 7days a week with card key access, demand shows personalized training is hotter than ever before.
The Zoo Personal Training Studios are 1,000 – 2,000 square feet and offer one-on-one training and group training programs in strength, cardio, core exercise along with health, nutrition and wellness programs. The investment is significantly less than a traditional Zoo Health Club due to the reduced square footage, build out and equipment expense.
